Where we work
Primary and extended service area.
Most of our reconstruction work is concentrated in Alameda County and Contra Costa County. These are the areas where we maintain the closest relationships with building departments, inspectors, and subcontractors, and where we can respond consistently throughout every phase of a project.
We also accept select projects in surrounding areas when the scope, location, and project requirements are a good fit.

Areas we do not serve
- San Francisco: SoMa, Bayview, Hunters Point, Chinatown, North Beach, Nob Hill, and the industrial eastern waterfront
- San Mateo County: west of Highway 35, and south of the Dumbarton Bridge / Highway 35 junction along the coast
- Marin County: communities beyond the 101 corridor — if you're unsure whether your area is a fit, call us
- Solano County: north or east of Fairfield on I-80
- Santa Clara County: south of Milpitas
- East Bay inland: beyond Livermore and Brentwood/Discovery Bay toward the Central Valley

Why geography matters in reconstruction
How location affects a project.
Reconstruction work involves close coordination between the job site, building department, inspectors, engineers, and field crews. For that reason, most of our work is concentrated in the East Bay — where we can respond quickly and keep communication moving at every phase of a project.
We accept projects outside the primary area when the scope and location allow us to manage the work properly. Projects that require frequent access or tight inspection coordination are harder to manage at greater distance, and we are direct about that rather than taking on work we cannot support well.
Building department relationships
We have established working relationships with building departments in Alameda and Contra Costa counties, which helps move permit applications and inspection scheduling efficiently.
Inspector access and scheduling
Reconstruction projects require multiple inspections at defined stages. Being close to the job site allows us to respond quickly when inspectors are available and avoid delays.
Subcontractor coordination
Most of our trusted subcontractor network is based in the East Bay. Projects in extended areas can still be managed, but coordination requires more planning and lead time.
Insurance claim coordination
Working with your insurance company on scope development, supplements, and approvals is not location-dependent — we handle that remotely regardless of where your property is.
